Job Description
- Develops added value customer service programs to ensure that the VIP Host achieve or exceed guest’s service expectations
- Manages a team of VIP executives /supervisors
- Resolves any problem or perceived guest inconvenience in order to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinates International Marketing with promotions and special events
- Ensures all VIP executives /supervisors, including new hires, know all components / features of ourguest service and are trained to meet service standards, and are strongly motivated to do so
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficient bi-lingual skills to English and Vietnamese (open to Expat but Vietnamese- speaking)
- Ability to be creative and innovative in guest satisfaction
- Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift
- Strong motivator, lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
- Initiative, high sense of responsibility.
