Job Description

This position entails a role of head of an organization that will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the entire business unit in full coordination with the management team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible to spear head the organization’s entire business set-up (in addition to the Sales) and will be the company’s point of contact in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate company sales functions by analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

  • Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.

  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

  • Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.

  • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.

  • Participate in the development of new project proposals.

  • Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

  • Scrutinize the sales staff performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

  • Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.

  • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate managers and staff.

Job Requirements

  • Technical background with management degree preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales management, especially in media, digital, mobile or finance industry.

  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.

  • Ability to establish compensation plans for all sales staff including salary structures, increments, commissions and bonus plans.

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.

  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.

  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.

Skills Required:

Strong business acumen, creativity, excellent communication skills, problem solving capabilities, strong affinity to online, mobile media, gaming and social networks. Never say die attitude and a team player.
