For a site of 100+ support engineers, the Deputy Site Manager will be responsible for the ongoing management of the company including: operational management, team management, team development, KPI & CSI achievements, potential growth plans and other misc. tasks.
Reporting to the site manager and serving as a member of the Management Team along with the site manager, this position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's operational and administration functions. Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
