Planning and alignment within the regions (Head of Region and Head of Regional Sales) on roadshows and ground activities (e.g. malls selections, dates, bookings with Mall management).
Position as an Expert or Go-to-person for events strategy and planning based on historical trend and sales performance by locations, and to providing events guidelines / do’s and don’ts to key stakeholders.
Manage appointed event organizers, both exclusivity and also the continuous quality improvement.
Ensure all POSMs are being arranged accordingly into all the respective OM outlets within the respective region in accordance to the channel policies.
Alignment with HQ on quarterly roadmap – hero product/event themes & on ground key message.
Relationship building with regional key mall management for preferential treatment towards OM over competitors – ease of venue booking at the preferred dates.
Constantly improve customers’ engagement and customer service level at roadshows.
Strategize, plan and oversee end-to-end TM roadshow management and its logistics specifically:
Create and govern its SOPP and Guidelines
Device stock allocation
Dealer appointment and sales target setting together with the respective channel sales manager
Constantly provide guidance, supervision and direction to the team on their daily work
Provide positive & constructive feedback on way of work/project management skills, empower the team on daily tasks

Ensure 100% compliance in the POSM material logistics and arrangement into respective channel POS/outlets
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Administration. Master or MBA Degree would be preferred.
Minimum 5-10 years working experience, FMCG or telecommunication related industries would be an advantage.
Fluent in local and English is a must.
Good communication & writing skills.
Ability to use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Power Point Presentation, Internet and email.
