- Strategy officers are closely involved in developing corporate-level operational strategies, advising Investment departments on the development of their own strategies, and supporting Senior Management on issues related to strategies, programs, policies and procedures, and monitoring and evaluations
- Detail will be discussed in the interview
Job Requirements
- Business administration or related field.
- BA degree is required (MBA is preferred)
- At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience out site of Vietnam or with a multinational bank is plus.
- Strong analytical skills
- Team working in transversal teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence, to manage, and drive change within the organization
- Can work oversea is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
