Optimize, implement and successfully manage sales efficiency and Lead the team to meet or exceed company objectives.
Support idea for successful in terms of sales operation process and dealer training development.
Follow and update sales direction with team in over sea head office in order to create strategy in local.
Coordinate with Asian regional office for new products and feature introductions in the market.
Monitors all functions of store operations which include personnel, inventory, fleet maintenance and all customer service related areas.
Advice staffs of new or revised information on products such as product capability, pricing, credit and warranties.
Responsible for develop sales volume, after sale services and truck spare parts.
Demonstrate and promote product to new and existing customers, working in accordance with sales and marketing team to meet sales volumes and targets.
Develop and increase the customer base, identifying new customer contacts and business opportunities.
Keep updated of changes in vehicles information, automotive part/spare part technical information and new models of company products.
Thai Male or Female, age 30 – 45.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in business administration or related fields.
At least 10 years experience in truck business, tire, automotive or other vehicle fields.
Very solid technical understand of commercial vehicle and can estimate part price.
Good command of English and Computer Literacy.
High analytical and problem solving skill.
Good interpersonal & communications skills, details-oriented and able to work under high pressure.
