Job Description

An international high fashion and accessories brand is expanding their business in Asia, they are seeking an energetic and competent training professional to join their group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Report to the COO, lead one Training Manager

  • Responsible for delivering Service, Product Knowledge and Brand Philosophy trainings to store management and frontline staff in HK & Macau region

  • Responsible for driving retail productivity by setting KPI, imposing proper productivity driving initiatives after analyzing business results e.g. conversion rates, shopper interact, and other new retail productivity technology

  • In collaboration with central Training Team in headquarters, implement and monitor global services and sales standards and policies in HK & Macau

  • Build and motivate sales team to provide highest quality of services

  • Facilitate the talent development of retail team in HK & Macau

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder

  • At least 10 years of retail training experiences in retail industry

  • Strong analytical and planning skill

  • Solution orientated with strategic planning skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
