Job Responsibilities
Report to the COO, lead one Training Manager
Responsible for delivering Service, Product Knowledge and Brand Philosophy trainings to store management and frontline staff in HK & Macau region
Responsible for driving retail productivity by setting KPI, imposing proper productivity driving initiatives after analyzing business results e.g. conversion rates, shopper interact, and other new retail productivity technology
In collaboration with central Training Team in headquarters, implement and monitor global services and sales standards and policies in HK & Macau
Build and motivate sales team to provide highest quality of services
Facilitate the talent development of retail team in HK & Macau
Job Requirements
Degree holder
At least 10 years of retail training experiences in retail industry
Strong analytical and planning skill
Solution orientated with strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
