Lead a team to manage and service a group of consumer banking / financial clients in order to maintain and grow clientele base
Maintain and further foster relationships with current clients with plans to cross sell and introduce new services to current clients
Identify areas of business opportunity and growth for the division and provide continuous feedback on competitive activities within assigned clients
Foster relationships at all levels and functions of the client organization to identify opportunities for incremental product / solution sales
Oversee the management and conduct of assigned research projects including preparation, approval and delivery of proposals, reports and presentations

Job Requirements
Min Degree / Masters
Min 10 years of relevant research related roles with focus on consumer banking / financial products or services such as credit card, online shopping payment, insurance, retail banking e.g. deposits, branches, internet banking
Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
Familiarity with different tiers of customers, premier, private and emerging affluent
Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
