Keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques
Preparation of collection letters, ranging from reminders to legal collection notices.
Liaise with internal departments to solve customer queries.
Monitor and manage all sales contracts of the company.
Other ad-hoc tasks required by General Director and Financial Controller
University Degree in Accounting / Finance, MBA, ACCA or CPA as an advantage
Good knowledge of tax laws and regulations
3 year working experience in the same position
Effective planning, reporting
Good negotiation, problem solving and management skills
Strong communication in both English and Vietnamese
Good interpersonal skill and building relationship
Good analytical skills – the ability to analyze complex financial data and design related procedure, policies
Good computer skills
