Our client is one of the leading Pharma companies globally with cutting edge R&D, strong product demand, and a deep drug pipeline. With APAC growth rates averaging 9 to 12% per year, they have major investment and capex plans to expand their regional footprint and increase the regional hub in Singapore. Given these plans, they are looking for a strategic, senior level finance business partner to develop strategy and partner key businesses as the Senior Commercial Finance Director.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, our client is looking for a strategic thinker who can influence ongoing sales and distribution operations, provide commercial advice to key decision makers and to provide capable management of day to day finance operations. Key accountabilities would be to create long range plans at a 3yr and 5yr basis, improve the robustness of the rolling forecast process for the annual budgeting exercise, formulate investment plans to support commercial initiatives, and partner senior stakeholders to develop growth plans and manage market expansion. Some other key areas would be to lead the annual operation plan development with the sales and marketing teams, ensure robust management reporting processes, build insightful performance analysis tools and provide strong leadership to coach and mentor the finance team.
You are degree qualified with at least 12 to 18+ years' relevant experience from a blue chip MNC in FMCG, Healthcare, Pharma, or consumer goods and you must be able to influence decision makers across markets and demonstrate a keen commercial understanding of how finance drives performance.
