Responsible for developing new corporate accounts to support the company’s growth plan for business expansion.
Initiate and prospect new potential clients for executive search business, maintain existing key accounts and build strong relationship with clients.
Provide HR consultancy advice to client's senior management, and assist them in achieving their immediate and future business challenges in terms of the right fit talent acquisition.
Partner with a team of consultants, who will execute the search assignment to ensure each assignment is completed with successful closure within the projected timeline.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Minimum 5 of work experience preferably with MNC
Strong track record in Sales or Key Account Management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skill
Strong business sense with entrepreneur spirit
Proactive with a high drive to succeed
Ability to work independently; and in a fast paced environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
