Job Description

  • Responsible for developing new corporate accounts to support the company’s growth plan for business expansion.

  •  Initiate and prospect new potential clients for executive search business, maintain existing key accounts and build strong relationship with clients.

  • Provide HR consultancy advice to client's senior management, and assist them in achieving their immediate and future business challenges in terms of the right fit talent acquisition.

  •  Partner with a team of consultants, who will execute the search assignment to ensure each assignment is completed with successful closure within the projected timeline.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

  •  Minimum 5 of work experience preferably with MNC

  •  Strong track record in Sales or Key Account Management

  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skill

  • Strong business sense with entrepreneur spirit

  • Proactive with a high drive to succeed

  • Ability to work independently; and in a fast paced environment

  •  Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
