Set goals for the sales team and ensure performance is in line with targets set
Formulate and implement departmental policies to maximise output and efficiency
Plan the sales chain of command and guidelines
Establish close relationship with customers, suppliers, prospects, and partners
Supervise the overseas offices, regional traveling involved
Identification of market trends and potential markets
Job Requirements
Degree in Business/ Sales & Marketing or comparable qualification
Preferably from FMCG related industries
At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
Strong sales background and able to lead a team
Exposure in Regional Traveling and in overseeing overseas offices
