Responsible for the OTC product portfolio in Singapore
Responsible for developing short and long term strategies to achieve sales targets and division objectives
Responsible to drive sales growth in the Singapore market
Responsible for sales/demand forecasts for the full product range
Responsible for distributor management, review and monitoring of distributor sales numbers, sales & marketing strategies and product knowledge
Responsible to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with partners, KOLs and key accounts
Keep abreast with market and trade developments, customer purchasing behaviour and competitive environment
Provide leadership and direction to the sales team
Support the marketing and product management team on promotions, trade strategies and exhibitions, road shows and product marketing/advertising initiatives
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of experience in Sales Management functions
Experienced in sales of OTC, Consumer Health or FMCG products, trade and distributor management
Prior experience in Pharmaceutical sales is an advantage
Strong team leadership skills
