Job Description

  • Responsible for the OTC product portfolio in Singapore
  • Responsible for developing short and long term strategies to achieve sales targets and division objectives
  • Responsible to drive sales growth in the Singapore market
  • Responsible for sales/demand forecasts for the full product range
  • Responsible for distributor management, review and monitoring of distributor sales numbers, sales & marketing strategies and product knowledge
  • Responsible to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with partners, KOLs and key accounts
  • Keep abreast with market and trade developments, customer purchasing behaviour and competitive environment
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team
  • Support the marketing and product management team on promotions, trade strategies and exhibitions, road shows and product marketing/advertising initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of experience in Sales Management functions
  • Experienced in sales of OTC, Consumer Health or FMCG products, trade and distributor management
  • Prior experience in Pharmaceutical sales is an advantage
  • Strong team leadership skills
