Leads the definition of Segment Marketing Plans according to Country Manager and HQ plans
Coordinate and develop segment sales network in terms of market coverage , sales force skills and competences in line with segment requirements
To implement GSN processes and methodology
To provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management
To guarantee best use of CRM in order to get precise and timely market data
Lead organization effectiveness by maximizing performance and people development and engagement, according to HR policies & values
Guarantees quality layout/project design in line with Corporate standards

Job Requirements
At least 7 - 10 years of experience in direct sales & marketing of IT Solutions.
3 to 5 years of experience as Sales manager with relevant experience in managing complex sales networks
Relevant experience in managing complex deals Relevant experience in selling solutions with focus on financial services.
Coming from companies with strong corporate brand identity
Languages: Cantonese, English, Mandarin
