Job Description

  • To achieve sales target , EBIT and FCF targets (Cash In)

  • To localize Total Wellness solution through partnership and customization of solution packages to specific market needs

  • To define segment market strategy in terms of campaigns, initiatives and events

  • Leads the definition of Segment Marketing Plans according to Country Manager and HQ plans

  • Coordinate and develop segment sales network in terms of market coverage , sales force skills and competences in line with segment requirements

  • To implement GSN processes and methodology

  • To provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management

  • To guarantee best use of CRM in order to get precise and timely market data

  • Lead organization effectiveness by maximizing performance and people development and engagement, according to HR policies & values

  • Guarantees quality layout/project design in line with Corporate standards

Job Requirements

  • At least 7 - 10 years of experience in direct sales & marketing of IT Solutions.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as Sales manager with relevant experience in managing complex sales networks

  • Relevant experience in managing complex deals Relevant experience in selling solutions with focus on financial services.

  • Coming from companies with strong corporate brand identity

  • Languages: Cantonese, English, Mandarin
