Manage and follow up the credit term and payment to be in line with policy/ commitment
Manage the team (Parts Sales and UD Part Sales) in accordance with the Company Leadership Capabilities for Leading People.
Manage, support and coach the team in their daily work
Work closely with Management Committee for pricing, promotions
Be responsible for sales and financial reports
Drive and develop importer in sales & marketing activities i.e. events, campaigns, exhibitions etc. to maximise sales of parts and other soft products
Develop network strategy to the markets i.e. setting up parts consignment for mining
Develop the Aftermarket Commercial & Network Development competence of importer to reach the Company’s standard by working together with Management Committee HR department
Build up the relationship with the customers in the markets and ensure all of them will be highly satisfied by our supports
Continue providing the market information i.e. business intelligence, pricing in markets, competitions, regulations, market development and etc. to Management Committee
Be responsible for commercial and network development strategy in business plan as a New Market management
Job Requirements
Male/ Female
5 years experience in sales/commercial management in automotive industry (truck or part sales is advantage)
Experience in Indochaina market
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build excellent customer relationships at all levels
Good financial and commercial knowledge (international commercial experience is advantage)
International travel (mainly in Asean countries) is required as routine
Excellent skill in Microsoft office in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent English abilities both spoken and written
