Lead, motivate and direct the Area Sales Manager, Supervisors and Sales Representatives within a region (Lao Cai / Mong Cai / Lang Son & South China) to achieve or exceed global or brand volume, availability, visibility and pricing objectives as well as good visibility of point of sales materials.
Analyze regional sales volume and merchandising performance data to plan and implement action plans to address variances and optimize opportunities presented.
Establish regional sales objectives for the field force and make sure that they are communicated on regional sales meeting.
Continuously evaluate progress and results in order to make necessary changes.
Monitors staff turnover, absenteeism, product and cash shortages and provide creative proposals how to solve such problems.
Lead and direct the field force activity to ensure excellent business contacts with all visited retail customers and to top management as the preferred retail supplier and consultant.
Manage the implementation of retail trade incentive programs and retail account business development plans.
Ensure that customers are provided with the best possible sales services and information in order to secure maximum availability, minimize out of stock situations and optimize stock replenishment.
Built and maintain excellent business contacts with both national and regional K/A based on accounts strategy in order to achieve volume, distribution, pricing and merchandising objectives.
Job Requirements
Male, Chinese or Vietnamese
University graduated
Understanding of Chinese market
Excellent Chinese Mandarin
Experience in working with Vietnamese (if Chinese) or working with Chinese (if Vietnamese)
At least 6 years experience in Sales, especially in FMCG
Leadership skills, well-organised
