We are looking for a Sales Director to join their growing business.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market assigned that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Conduct feasibility studies and establish business plan.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
Manage multiple customer accounts and develop account penetration strategy to grow the accounts’ revenue and shares.
Plans and directs sales force activities to maximize profit from all segments of the market.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales( responsible for closing client deals that you bring in)
Maintain contact with key markets by visiting and investigating the operations and local conditions
Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported.
Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
Builds peers support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
Working with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, provides assistance with sales incentive compensation administration on an as needed basis, or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation program policies and procedures.
Monitors and controls the sales organization expenses to meet budget guidelines.
