Company is currently seeking a talented National Sale Manager with a proven track record of hands-on selling and sales management.
This position is responsible for developing/maintaining relationships with our strategic accounts and driving revenue of company's advertising services against regional quarterly and annual sale target.
You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities with potential customers and building relationships with decision makers. You will be initiating cooperation with prospects, as well as negotiating and closing major deals through accurate forecasts and efficient allocation of resources.
In addition, this position has direct responsibility for building a sustainable and scalable sales force. It has direct responsibility for the performance of the Sales Department and Sales Performance. This role requires a team oriented leader who is passionate about improving the effectiveness and success of the sales team. The selected candidate will also have a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
