Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the development and growth of commercial printing products in the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key channel partners and specific customers to achieve aggressive and profitable sales growth, across the whole CI Product Portfolio.

  • Be accountable for total monthly, quarterly and annual Country or Cluster Annual Committed Plan (ACP) for total commercial printing through leading both sales process and execution.

  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, key channel partners, responsible for face to face sales activities with key customers to enhance long term sustainable business growth.

  • Lead monthly detailed business review with channel partners and key accounts.

  • Responsible for developing local sales and product managers skills to effectively deliver on strategic direction and support growth in key sales channels and key Market Segments and be instrumental in driving those strategies as appropriate.

  • Work with Segment business leaders to localize and implement global and regional strategic objectives, while supporting promotional activities aimed to enhance profitable growth.

  • Provide Country or Cluster strategic priorities and directional guidance to the regional marketing for development of Country or Cluster marketing plans.

  • Act as companyís representative in Indonesia.

Job Requirements

  • University degree

  • At least 10 years of sales and account management experience in the graphic printing and related industry in Country or Cluster, with a successful track record of driving growth

  • Understanding of the Graphic communication and Enterprise industries, key products, channels, and technologies is preferred

  • Professional experience as Business Development Manager or General Manager of a sales team who is focused on B2B sales and marketing; with strong commercial acumen

  • Other desired personal attributes:

    • Strong sense of teamwork and business goal alignment

    • Well developed sense of urgency to deliver results

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Excellent communication skills, including English
