Developing and executing business plans, sales strategies and related activities to ensure the company's goals are met.
Managing a team of approx. 50 sales representatives.
Leading and motivating the sales team to improve their performance and achieve maximum sales and meet company targets.
Providing training, feedback, and development opportunities to sales staff.
Developing action plans to expand customer base and to enter new markets.
Establishing and maintaining good relations with new and existing customers.
Maintaining accurate records and reports (pricing and sales).
Male, aged not over 45 years.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
Minimum of 8 years' sales working experiences.
Strong leadership and management skills.
A strategic thinker who is able to handle challenging tasks.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Able to travel upcountry (20-25% of the job).
