Job Description
Our client is International Trading Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily meeting to co-ordinate customer requirements with production planning, finance and transport.
- Help drive production plans by ensuring that customer orders are slotted correctly and that manufacturing constraints are in line with forecasts and customer order book.
- Responsible for forecasting and achieving shipping volumes for all products
- Sales team are working in compliance with procedure and that appropriate approvals are in place prior to product shipment.
- Customers are regularly informed of their delivery date at all times, thereby ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Upload and progress orders on a daily, weekly basis to ensure that customer requirements are achieved.
- Responsible for supporting export documentation including letters of credit
- Develop annual budgets, promotes cost reduction along with adherence to budget within the department.
Job Requirements
- Understanding Return on Investment, P&L basics, and product margin calculations.
- Must be well-organised, able to plan own work and self start and manage others.
- The Sales Administration Manager must be able to communicate clearly, both written and oral, and be skilled at preparing and delivering presentations.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must be focused on customer needs, listen openly and attentively to those needs, and able to translate those needs into plans and actions.
- Proven experience in solving problems and establishing creative solutions
- Adept at negotiating solutions
