Job Description

Ensure that Front Office and Housekeeping Department are successful and as independent profit centre as possible, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with the Resort standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling all aspects related to the revenues and operating expenses.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or Business Management

  • At least 05 years of Front Office experience preferably at a 4 or 5 stars, luxury hotel or resort

  • To be very strong verbal and written English skills as well as knowledge on Microsoft Office applications and Opera or Smile Systems

  • To be good at communication skills with colleagues and customers

  • Be able to do the prompt decision making and ability to analyze reports. Planning, organizing, motivating, controlling and staff management is the key to be succeeded in this position.
