Oversee and provide guidance for reproductive, maternal, neonatal and child health projects in the north east (NE)
Ensure project lessons, results and impacts are effectively captured and inform future planning for RMNCH activities in the NE
Oversee the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation framework for RMNCH in the NE
Develop and maintain linkages with national and provincial offices of MoH, Labour & Vocational training and Women Affairs
Manage the RMNCH budgets and control all relevant expenditure against that budget for activities in the NE
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience working within a complex office environment and with RMNCH project/program management experience working with NGO
Secondary midwife, Medical Assistant, Medical Doctor or degree in public health is an asset
Strong skills with reproductive, maternal, neonatal and/or child health in the Cambodian context as well as ethnic minorities
Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Khmer including report writing
