Job Description
Our client is a UK International fashion retailer looking for dynamic individual to join their organization.
Responsibilities
- Primary duties is to improve and maintain store procedures, productivity and cost control for multiple stores.
- Responsible for weekly and monthly sales
- Prepare Management reports
- Ensure compliance by conducting spot checks of stores
- In charge of projects and budgets – Mystery Shopper and of ad hoc projects such as Christmas Hamper Project
- Reviewing of workplace health & safety matters
- Enhancing SOP and ensure service is according to company’s standards
- Lead and coach the team of staff
- Coach the team to deliver high quality of customer service and relationship
- Handle customers enquires and complaint, provide professional feedbacks and follow up
- Monitor stock inventory and maintain stock level at optimum
- Schedule of roster
- Maintain visual and merchandise display are accordance to corporate guidelines
- Work closely and coordinate with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Marketing on product launches or events
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Retail or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail management.
- At least 2 year experience as store controller for fashion boutiques and preparing management reports.
- Good communicative and interpersonal skills
- Excellent managerial and customer service skills
- Flair in fashion
- Analytical, competent and sales driven
- Singaporean and SPR may apply
- 5 days work week / Central work location
