Job Description
This company is a high profile, award winning consumer products multinational. An opening exists for an experienced retail operations manager to join the organisation in Hong Kong focusing on their flagship brand.
In this role, your will manage their point of sales network and lead and manage retail sales and the team. You will ensure compliance in all areas of operational activity and drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of the retail sales team while operating within agreed budgets.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in retail operations (luxury brand experience preferred)
- Sales driven with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience and knowledge in retail marketing and management
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese
