Under the supervision of the Managing Director, you will contribute and steer Metiseko growing business in Hoi An by:
Managing a team of 10+ sale advisors, including but not limited to recruiting, training, scheduling, motivating, assessing performance, etc.
Contributing to the team selling effort and handling of customers’ inquiries in the stores as well as via online platforms
Creating and sustaining strategic partnerships with various businesses, such as medias, hotels, bloggers, etc.
Ensuring optimal store and product presentation according to company guidelines.
Managing and implementing sales related projects.
Performing duties as required from the Board of Directors.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
02-year experience in Sales and Marketing position, preferably in Fashion or Retail business and meet deadlines
Customer service oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Effective communication skills with a broad audience
Strong time management skills, ability to handle different tasks at once and can work under pressure
Fluent English, spoken and written. French and/or Vietnamese skills are a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Willingness to travel on an occasional basis
Working hours: 40h/week, from Monday to Friday
