Job Description

Under the supervision of the Managing Director, you will contribute and steer Metiseko growing
business in Hoi An by:
  • Managing a team of 10+ sale advisors, including but not limited to recruiting, training, scheduling, motivating, assessing performance, etc.
  • Contributing to the team selling effort and handling of customers’ inquiries in the stores as well as via online platforms
  • Creating and sustaining strategic partnerships with various businesses, such as medias, hotels, bloggers, etc.
  • Ensuring optimal store and product presentation according to company guidelines.
  • Managing and implementing sales related projects.
  • Performing duties as required from the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • 02-year experience in Sales and Marketing position, preferably in Fashion or Retail business and meet deadlines
  • Customer service oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Effective communication skills with a broad audience
  • Strong time management skills, ability to handle different tasks at once and can work under pressure
  • Fluent English, spoken and written. French and/or Vietnamese skills are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to travel on an occasional basis
Working hours: 40h/week, from Monday to Friday
