Responsible for the supervision, coaching specialist teams and ensures the promotion of Nutrition products to the Medical / Paramedical influencers, aiming at generating prescriptions, endorsement, and enlisting in the formulary.
Responsible to achieve sales targets for all channels.
Responsible to recommend Hospital Agreements aiming at closing sales deals within agreed discounts and marketing support.
Responsible for the identification of Key Opinion Leaders and to put a relationship building plan with them (as agreed with Business Manager)
Responsible in patient education to build awareness of HCN products and generate demands.
Job Requirements
Medical background is preferable
Have experience in Sales Management in pharma companies or Nutrion industry.
Good leadership skill
Good strategic mind and analytical skill
