This person will be responsible to achieve annual sales, distribution, merchandising and/or promotion goals for Loreal General Trade Business through efficient distributor and people management within assigned Territory. This Role provide direction and leadership for Loreal Field team within Territorial responsible for the customer satisfaction, distributor management, and account development
Provide quality service to Loreal's internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Loreal Values at all times.
Achievement of assigned sales, distribution, and merchandising by maximising sales activity on Loreal products in responsible territory
Responsible for Ensuring effective Territory Coverage Planning in assigned territory :
Develop and maintain territory coverage plan with designated territory team
Routine coverage of key assigned accounts
Communicate regularly with all members of assigned territory team to ensure deployment of Coverage is align accross function
Responsible for market development activities:
Focus on development and maintenance of key accounts and key Player at all assigned channel and territory
Perform salesmanship training to ensure qualified sales force in action, as needed
Frequent market feedback on products, competition and market conditions to HO regularly (monthly)
Develop and maintain territory specific information relative to competitors and distributors in the market mix.
Responsible for the Territory’s forecasting and sales tracking.
Team Coaching.
Special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business (preferred), 5 years sales experience, and last 1 year as Area sales Manager for GT with Personal Care or any FMCG company; OR, Associates Degree in above mention fields of study
Supported by 5 years of sales experience.
Supervisory and management experience of a sales staff.
Working knowledge of Personal Care, FMCG and Territory market landscape within an assigned sales territory.
Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers (especially Make Up).
Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications especially Word, Excel, and Power Point.
