Job Description

Reporting to the Regional HR Director based in Hong Kong and Local MD, The candidate is required to take care of full responsibility for the full spectrum of HR for the SEA business and working closely to Regional HR director.

Responsibilities include:

  • Take care of Singapore HR Operation and work as HRBP to SEA business office

  • Design and implement HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals.

  • Responsible for recruitment and payroll function

  • Implement company's compensation strategy which includes salary administration, sales incentives plans, executive compensation, etc

  • Identify training and development needs of the organisation

  • Ensure that the organisation comply with all relevant collective agreements, regulations, laws, policies and standards

  • Implement VISA issuance process

  • Work with Department Managers on general HR related matters, including employee grievances & counseling

  • Administer HRIS system: performance management, time management & annual leave.

  • Attend to employees queries related to their benefits (medical, dental and insurance claims, compensation, etc.

  • Responsible for company-wide employee activities

  • Responsible for communication channels for HR-related information

  • Engage in continuous process improvement for overall effectiveness and efficiency

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies, guidelines and procedures

  • Any other adhoc projects

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Business / HRM related Discipline.

  • Able to write HR policy and provide HR advice to all Business manager

  • At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience

  • Good working knowledge of the local and any SEA employment act and legislation

  • Good communication skills

  • Proficient with MS Office Applications.
