Job Description
Our client is a leading biotech company with a fast growing product portfolio and a healthy balance sheet to fund R&D, organic growth, and M&A activities. With products across prescription pharma, OTC, and diagnostics, they are aggressively expanding their APAC market presence. Our client is actively hiring a Regional Finance Director to be based in Singapore and oversee all aspects of finance and accounting.
Reporting directly to the APAC CFO, this role will manage a team and be responsible for controller-ship, accounting, managing the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing, annual operating plan (Budgeting/Forecasting) and full suite of management accounting and reporting along with controls, compliance, and system improvements and projects. In addition to overseeing accounting, budgeting/forecasting, and finance, this role will work closely with the business and finance teams regionally and globally, to actively help the business plan expansion activities, evaluate investment opportunities and conduct long range planning.

Job Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 12 to 17 years+ of relevant experience, including regional and finance leadership experience, preferably in pharma, biotech or medical device blue chip MNCs. You must be able to work across cultures, connect with all levels of the organization and demonstrate strong communication and analysis skills to lead teams directly and remotely.
