This is a position with a leading company in Food and Industry Manufacturing from Europe. The organization is the world’s leading producers of coffee products.. Pioneer and expert in Food and Beverage Industry, a position is available for their rapid expansion plan on a regional scale as a Regional CRM Manager for APAC.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Leverage data to gain a deeper understanding of our client’s existing customers and to develop customer-led insights
- Development of programs to promote loyalty of both B2C and B2B customers to drive consumption
- Manage the lifestage process of our High Value Customers and initiate programs to win them back when needed;
- Work closely with B2C Commercial and Club Marketing teams and support Retail and Trade expansion strategy with CRM analytics
- Manage and coach 2 direct reports, one based in Singapore and another one based in Hong Kong
- Based in Regional HQ in Singapore and Reporting to Regional Commercial Manager
