To oversee all quality control procedures and implementing polices as directed by management so as to ensure conformity with legal and corporate specifications and standards. In charge of Myanmar’s verification of quality performance, including guiding, training and inspecting the quality systems. Plan and act accordingly to achieve the quality performance level required by the LSG-Hygiene Institute standard and local food legislation.
Job Requirements
Myanmar nationality who is able or willing to work in Yangon, Myanmar (at Myanmar LSG Lufthansa Service Ltd, Yangon International Airport Estate)
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineer, Applied Science or related fields
At least 5 - 7 years experience in QA Processes and Management especially in Food Manufacturing
Good knowledge in Food Safety Standard, GMP and HACCP system
Good command of spoken & written English and local language with pleasant personality
Good problem solving, communication and time management skills
Capable of training less educated operator in stringent Food Safety Standard, GMP and HACCP requirements
Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated and proactive
