Planning, doing, checking & action for quality control management.
Coordinating Designing Dept. to check and confirm new product, to assure statisfying customer’s requirements
Controlling non-conformation manufacturing product from material.
Connecting outside organization to register declaration of product quality
Solving & reporting anythings that influence product quality including customer’s complaints. And offering improved ideas
2. Managing QC Department - 35% time to work
Managing quality specialization of QC Dept.
Training QC staffs and QC outsides staffs about quality and product.
3. Report- 5% time to work
Reporting quality control activities
Reporting result of body test and material test.
B/ Authorities:
Have the right to mobilize QC staffs in QC Dept.
Suggest refusing QC staffs who don’t take the task, or don’t have enough qualifications to work
Suggest not to input & not to use non-conformated material.
Suggest stopping manufacturing in case there is non-conformated product.
Revising non-conformated product lots and returned product lots from customers
Job Requirements
Experience: Two-year experience in QA/QC manager position.
Foreign language: B level in English.
Other skills: Persuade in spoken words.
Know how to use quality control tools.
