The QA Manager will report directly to the Expat General Manager and manage the team of approximate 50 staffs.
Establishing and setting up the quality organisation in the plant, including defining applicable methods and processes, and continually developing quality management.
Continually improving processes, products and supplier quality.
Implementing a process and continuing program of review and analysis to audit quality and reliability results.
Scheduling and providing training for QC Engineers, Inspectors and Technicians.
Establishing and maintaining the QM system in accordance with TS16949 and driving internal TS16949 department audits.
Ensuring that appropriate mechanisms are in place to identify any potential risks and taking appropriate action.
Assisting with the inspecting, analysing and testing of products as required.
Establishing and maintaining effective quality inspection processes, including establishing forms, testing and checking procedures.
Handling 8D reports and conducting related meetings with various departments.
Establishing a team environment.
Ensuring the regular calibration of gauges and equipment.
Implementing special quality projects for the plant based on increased efficiency requirements.
Reviewing and updating control plans.
Coordinating and providing training within the pant in relation to quality.
Bachelorís Degree in engineering with at least 7 years in quality control management and quality assurance management experience.
Experience working in automotive industries.
Familiar with TS16949 system, automotive quality standards and supplier validation system; for example, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC and FMEA.
Fluent English communication skills.
Strong leadership and ability to handle pressure.
