Participate actively in all quality improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
Establish sales targets with GM.
Develop effective marketing plan for power transmission and complementary products with close follow-up.
Support sales people in selling transmission and complementary products to ensure that yearly sales target is achieved.
Introduce new products/solution of transmission and complementary products to all sales personnel.
Provide product training and demonstration to sales personnel.
Visit customers and distributors to understand their needs and to strengthen relation and develop more business.
Organize sales demo tools and equipment etc.
Coordinate with suppliers overseas to grow the business and ask for support.
Male or Female, Thai nationality only
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Science or related field
Minimum 10 years’ experience in chemical products regulated field (Food, Pharma or Personal Care)
Having technical skill would be of advantage
Positive attitude, initiative and out of the box thinking
Dynamic in work and mature mindset
Proficient reporting skill and computer literate
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Must possess own car
