Responsibilities
Responsible to lead development of new product and product innovation marketing activities.
Manage operating plans, budgets, tracks and analyze programs.
Work with cross-functional team to deliver integrated marketing program for products.
Develop strategic analysis (SWOT, financial, consumer insight) to assist in planning.
Supports marketing research to develop key findings and recommend actions.
Manages multi-channel for integrated marketing plans
Track marketing budget, timelines and processes from planning to execution.
Provide creative concepts and feedback to internal and external parties.
Contribute to innovative strategy to response to market trends and competition.
Job Requirements
University graduate in business or related discipline. MBA preferred.
At least 3 years experience in brand management or product management with regional coverage.
At least 3 years experience in leading new product development. Experience in F&B industry will be an advantage.
Strong in working cross-culturally and matrix environment.
Excellent communication skills in oral and writing. Preferred close native or native English speaker.
