Set up and manage the entire operations of the company's packaging division.
Build OGSM and organizations for all activities in the entire packaging company.
Make orientation and manage the improved activities of packaging and equipments in the production system.
Leader and organize the functional operations of packaging in the supply chain (and MLS).
Essential duties and responsibilities
Responsible for all packaging development programs from "idea to store shelves" all company’s categories.
Applying advancements in the Packaging field to meet the growing consumers’ needs and take it as a strategy to achieve the company's growth.
Join with other department directors to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
Have advanced screening technologies option from the NCC to support counseling department and factory.
Ensure and implement development programs to meet three packaging business requirements and strategies.
Manage development of graphics packages to achieve the objectives of the project.
Search for improved opportunities, improved packaging equipments and existing packaging materials to optimize costs.
Decide quickly solutions for some problems related to packaging and machine generated during production, storage, transportation.
Working closely with the legal department to determine the intellectual property rights of company packaging (if any)
Cooperate with Marketing, Research and Development to assess and determine the feasibility of the ideas of developing new products.
Work with Buyer department to implement evaluating and developing packaging supplier follow manufacturing requirements with quality orientation.
Participating and leader to develop new product packaging projects
Consult BOD for the orientation and packaging strategies for each year, each phase.
Packaging Development Management must to ensure compliance with the company's policy about: Law, Quality, Environment, Price, Marketing and Communications.
Realizing the demand for resources (internal and external) to support the development programs.
Efficiently use of available resources.
Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating and developing teams.
Develop and control budgets, salaries and resource planning.
Masters / PhD in the field of packaging science or equivalent
At least 10-12 years experience in food packaging field and Project Management
At least 5 years in the role of multi-project management, with multi-project management techniques.
At least 5 years in people management.
Business Management: Priority education in business management, at least 3 years of business management, wages management, employees management.
