Accountable for own unit profit & loss with high impact to the stakeholder financial budget set.
Accurate decisions and recommendations would normally result in the achievement of business results, would prevent delays in assigned work and would limit the risk of expenditures of time, human resources and/or expenditure
Reviews monthly operational performance with site customers and provide solution to drive for operational excellence.
Negotiate with Suppliers/ Vendors / Contractors for the Contractual rates and services & products.
Build a strong win-win customer relationship so as to ensure customer retention and development solution to grow existing business
Frequently review, align and keep Superior updated information on operational issues and performances indices such as customer profile, Space Management, Resources management , Operating procedures and P&L status.
Review and work with Immediate Superior & lead Subordinates to drive business unitís quality, cost effectiveness and other valued added activities to business development program.
Liaise with the Business Development team to work on existing business development and growth.
Manage warehouse operations, manpower workforce of the APAC distribution hub
Bachelor's degree in Engineering coupled with Master degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred
5-8 years of hands on warehouse and contract logistics experience required, preferably in the 3PL or high-tech business
Proven experience in managing large teams in excess of 100
Strong in communications skills and effective at engaging stakeholders of various levels of seniority
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Proven ability in Project Management and achievement of deadlines
Demonstrated change management skills
