In this role, you will ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our repair and installation services. You will work closely with our Operations Director.
Your contribution -- on customer side
Support customers on their technical queries - when passing new orders, during job performance, after-sales
Help schedule jobs at customers’ homes, coordinate with building management
Verify customer complains and warranty activations - help resolve customer issues
Your contributions -- on professional side
Contribute to select and onboard new professionals (plumbers, painters, electricians, etc…)
Allocate customer job requests to the right professionals
Control professionals’ work by accompanying them at customers’ homes
Contribute to organizing community events and training for professionals of our network
Anticipate issues and contribute to optimizing the pro experience
You have strong operational skills. You are able to juggle with a large number of tasks, and you love to solve problems on an everyday basis. Rigorous, demanding and always on time on your duties, you are obsessed with customer satisfaction.
Experience and hard skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction field, building management, or any operation-intense environment related to housing
Knowledge on several technical domains such as plumbing, electricity, painting…
Desire and motivation to work in a start-up environment
Entrepreneurial spirit: creativity, perseverance, high involvement and self-management
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Would be considered as key advantages
Experience in a marketplace or a platform business
Experience in setting up new brands in Vietnam
Experience serving inhabitants to build and improve their homes
