With growing competition and a focus in the Asia Pacific Region; they are currently seeking an experienced and high caliber National Sales Operations Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to be an integral part of their Sales & Marketing Team.
Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and reporting to the Sales Director directly, you will be responsible for all aspects of territory management and field force deployment. You will establish close links with the trade and play an active role in the implementation of multi-million dollar consumer & trade programs, for the different brands; as well as monitor the implementation of KPIs, enforce merchandising standards and report competitive activity. You will ensure retail compliance and perform regular compliance checks and report such findings to the relevant Sales & Marketing functions. You will also liaise closely with the Development & Planning Group as well as other Sales & Marketing functions.
