Job Description
Our client belongs to the biggest group of international companies in the world which operates in food & beverage industry. They are recruiting a National Sales Manager with career successful plan for the next 3 years.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver a sales business plan in line with the Country Business Plan and translates this into a qualitative and quantitative budget.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the brands and develop a long-term sales strategy in order to ensure long term growth through category leadership.
- Develop effective and sustainable RTM
- Manage and develop the sales team of Distributor and Distribution Network
Job Requirements
- Vietnamese local candidate with at least 10 years in sales and marketing, same experience in FMCG industry and MNC environment
- Knowledge of FMCG distribution network
- Experience in both General Trade and Modern Trade
- Experienced in formulating Sales Strategies
- Knowledge of marketing process
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Knowledge of the retail market & very good understanding in Retail audit
