Respond to new growth and new business opportunities, new set up Candy and Confectionery business for one of largest Japan’s brand
Reporting to the Business Head of Sales and Marketing _ FMCG
The successful candidate will need to be a highly proficient and seasoned brand/sales marketer with a history of successful brand/sales management in a confectionery goods environment. The incumbent will combine a drive for results and a commitment to improve the bottom line
Make sales plan monthly, quarterly yearly
Set target for each area
Implement sales-boosting strategies such as merchandising, promotion, branding
Conduct sales forecast for products of company
Plan and implement promotion programs
Make sales reports and evaluate yearly and quarterly growth rates
Market research and develop new market
Build sales policy and procedure
Coordinate with Marketing Department to enhance brand image and reputation, increase market share and with other departments to satisfy customer needs
Professional experience in a marketing or agency role working with a packaged goods company, preferably in the confectionery field.
Comprehensive program development skills, from broad-reach advertising to highly targeted direct marketing across all relevant marketing channels and platforms
Preferred Experience: at least 5 years in Candy & Confectionary or FMCG as Sales Manager, strong in both GT & MT, good management skills, communication skills both English & Vietnamese
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.
MBA and or post graduate degree in a related field.
Professional marketing experience working with a confectionery company.
