The Medical Manager will provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external medical inquiries about clinic and products.
Review committee / copy clearance - medical review and approval of promotional materials, local product labels and medical content of all materials used in the market.
Deliver product training to sales, marketing and call center colleagues when required.
Attend meetings organized by the affiliate to contribute ideas, plus and understand and address product-related medical issues and questions.
Develops moderately complex ethical promotion materials and strategies in conjunction with the marketing department.
May act as a medical resource for the company working with management, marketing, medical and clinical research departments to support the promotion of moderately complex company products and corporate research and development.
Manage all areas of clinic, including physicians, health information technicians, nursing, medical records and more.
Analyze the effectiveness of various departments and work to reach financial goals and maintain budgets.
May represent the company to groups of experts, medical professional groups, societies, regulatory and payer groups at local international scientific meetings.
Participates in advisory panels and key conference activities.
May assemble and manage key opinion leader advisory groups for each product/therapeutic area.
Assist in developing strong relationships with key external customers including Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in assigned therapeutic areas.
Collaboration with the Brand Team create and drive the delivery of clinical education and other scientific strategic initiatives which enhance and improve scientific knowledge and awareness amongst external stakeholders in the required therapeutic area.
Supports the development of local moderately complex clinical data through clinical trials and investigator studies.
Answers and responds to moderately complex clinical inquiries or disclosures to customers.
Responsible for making decisions regarding the financing and structure of clinic.
May direct surveillance and/or complaints about competitor activities and coordinate communications.
Provides medical expertise in the analysis and review of moderately complex adverse events.
Recruiting and hiring doctors, nurses, interns and assistant administrators, conducting or coordination employee evaluations.
Creating policies for the medical center, in charge of developing procedures for medical treatments, as well as ensuring quality assurance and other patient services.
Join, make proposal and support BOD in divide decision and setting up all section/department and get approval from BOD before making any decision.

Typically requires a valid Medical Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant clinical practice
Experience in the hospital/clinic/pharmaceutical environment desirable.
Experience in clinical trials such as management or investigator is highly desirable.
Excellent English at written, verbal, and interpersonal, relationship building, and negotiation communication skills are required along with the ability to provide clear and concise moderately complex analysis of quantitative and qualitative concepts.
Must be able to work with a level of autonomy and independence.
Excellent analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to identify and understand moderately complex issues and problems, and interpret information in a manner that provides appropriate recommendations to Sales and Marketing.
