Responsibilities
Prepare and propose Marketing strategic recommendations for the markets within his responsibilities.
Participate to the ideation and evolution of the Country business plan and brand strategy to ensure the achievement of our category leadership over an agreed timeframe
Promote the brand and the global range to support the achievement of the sales budget.
Launch new products based on regional guidelines but adapting to the country specificities.
Propose the strategy and recommend the appropriate marketing package to develop the category over the country
Job Requirements
Vietnamese Citizen with minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Marketing, fluent in English
5-6 years of solid experience in a consumer marketing/category management function (preferably in the glass/tableware, electronics, FMCG industry) with a proven track record in achieving results.
Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
International experience or exposure is essential coupled with strong, creative and innovative comprehension and analysis of different consumer needs. Country specific experience is a must, regional experience a preference.
Technical marketing skills
Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
Knowledge of product construction and sensitive to ideas and plan of action.
Ability to analyze and make synthesis.
Project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and overseas offices
