Develop Effective Marketing Strategies
Coordinates regional sales effort according to company policy
Analysis of all management reports and takes appropriate action based on the reports to maximize sales and net profits
Be able to design a strategy to position the Organization in the most advantageous position to capitalize upon the anticipated opportunity to grow our business
To provide the company, a true leadership role to strategize and improve sale and marketing performance.
Sourcing new marketing and growth for the Organization
Responsible for achievement of sales and marketing targets
Monitoring business performance according to plans and targets
Job Requirements
A least 3-8 years’ experience
At least 3 of which must be in supervisory position
Experience in sale and marketing of pharmaceutical products is a MUST
Must be articulate and written in English language efficiency
Skill in supervising and motivating sale and marketing force
Working knowledge of personal computers, Excel and email.
Ability to keep accurate sale records using a personal computer
Must be able to travel extensively locally
Recognition of experience by key opinion leaders
Marketing concepts with innovation and initiation
Good Marketing IT
Good personal management and presentation
Good communication and multitasking skills
Able to carry out directives of senior management personnel
Singaporeans and PRs welcome.
