Job Description
As the Marketing Manager you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and be instrumental in mobilizing key departments to achieve business objectives for Cartoon Network Amazone. The role’s core function is to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive increased revenue across all lines of the business – admission, food & beverage, merchandise, corporate events and sponsorship.
As our Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
- Researching, developing and implementing an internal and external brand and communication strategy that helps achieve the business objectives of the company.
- Managing the brand, ensuring creative consistency across all touch points
- Planning, managing and implementing the grand opening campaign across multiple platforms and geographic markets.
- Working with agencies to optimize and amplify Cartoon Network Amazone’s digital, social and editorial footprint.
- Supporting and managing the creative team.
- Fostering a relationship with the sponsors’ marketing teams, working together on 360 integrated campaigns for mutual benefit.
Job Requirements
The successful applicant must have:
- A university degree in marketing and/or communications or equivalent
- A minimum 5 years’ experience in a brand and marketing capacity.
- Experience in market research and customer analysis.
- Extensive knowledge in every aspect of marketing disciplines to achieve objectives.
- A proven ability to create, develop, and implement strategic programs.
- Superior oral, writing communication skills in Thai and English with highly acquired interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with compressed deadlines.
- Innovative, with a high stress tolerance and keen decision-making skills.
- A team focus with the ability to effectively execute projects.
