Set up the annual marketing budget and delivers marketing activity within agreed budget.
Conduct market research to determine market requirements; Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Establish and conduct the media planning in regards to branding and positioning in order to increase rapidly the brand-awareness.
Develop and implement the marketing strategies (segmentation-targeting-pricing) for each channel package.
Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in line with commercial strategy.
Develop and administer on-line marketing communication.
Ensure liaison with media and advertising agencies
Organize & optimize the system as well as the manpower of marketing team.
Coach, train and supervise all marketing staffs in each marketing project.
University graduated, major in Marketing, Business Administration. Overseas Master degree is preferable
5 – 10 years experience in marketing field at management position. Extensive marketing experience in Telecommunication, Television and/or High technology is an advantage
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy in audio-visual or telecom product, PR, Marketing Communication, Trade Marketing, both above the line and below the line.
Solid experience in working with international advertising agencies
Good English communication skills (verbal and written);
Creative, logical and strategic thinking;
Budget management skills
