Understanding the customer perspective and marketing potential, defining and execution strategy of various products.
Launch new products into dimension of brand recognition, reach and reputation.
Manage overall marketing function and event marketing for ensuring to retain and increase player acquisition.
Manage internal and external creative agency execution and production process including provide feedback and direction to meet overall schedules and deadlines
Conduct and control marketing budget, prioritizing the best opportunities that benefit players and company
Manage, coach and lead diverse talent teams to achieve business target and perform their career path.
Job Requirements
Male / Female , age 35 years up
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing or business management or related fields
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in professional marketing or brand management and at least 5 years in Senior Marketing Management level
Strong experience in product or service firm target market on teenager or new jobber in relevant filed such as: Entertainment Business i.e. TV, Movies, Radio.Communication Business i.e. Mobile Provider, Content provider. Online Business i.e. E-commerce services, Internet, Website.Consumer Products or Food & Beverage Products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strategic thinking, initiative, proactive and result-oriented
Able for several overseas business trips.
