Develop relevant sponsorship activities across spaces to strengthen brand imageries leveraging on global and regional sponsorship activities with adaptation to local market context across spaces.
Own Passenger Car Oil marketing strategy and deliver marketing plan for space for Vietnam
Strategy and Planning
Develop digital communication strategy and deploy / implement key coms and activation programs using digital platform synergizing the effects across spaces. Work with regional and global Digital and Marketing Services team for supports and alignments on strategy/plan.
Identify and implement relevant sponsorship programs / activities to strengthen the brand imagery amongst target consumers based on global and regional initiatives for across spaces
Develop marketing strategy for space in line with global and regional strategy and deliver programs enable to achieve business objectives
Deliver business objectives including volume, gross margin, brand health indicators for for Vietnam market related to above responsibilities
Bachelor degree of Marketing or Business, further formal education in Business or Marketing would be advantageous
At least 8 years in marketing management, digital and sponsorship management with vast experiences with multinational MNC / FMCGs, automobile, oil & gas in which digital and sponsorship are considered as key platform of communications
Ability to understand mobile / online application in terms of development, usage, and measure effectiveness of investment
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to engage with, convince and influence key stakeholders (internal, external, regional teams)
Good negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
Strong people and strategic leadership skills
Ability to lead a diversified team, provide direction and focus
