Marketing Communication Manager

A foreign company in Agriculture is seeking for Marketing Communication Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategies
• In depth market analysis: Segmentation, Competitive Intelligence, Brand positioning, new Market Opportunities
• Define and implement both internal and external communication strategy
• Public relations, communication and coordination of activities with key stakeholders, effectively represent of the company in governments, value chain meeting and associations that influence business
• Provide guidance on branding guidelines in order to achieve a high level of consistency
• Work closely with the sales and experts’ teams to support the implementation of commercial campaigns and launch of new products in the market
• Responsible for implementing advertising, promotions, trade shows, customer seminars
• Coordinate with the BU marketing team for projects including adaptation, creative development, brand campaigns and tracking
• Support the integration of push and pull activities while developing new, non-traditional forms of marketing linked to establishing a direct relationship with retailers and farmers
• Develop sales support materials by facilitating best practice sharing through presentations, conferences, seminars and training
• Develop the agenda for digital marketing in Vietnam
• Coordinator for trademark/patents management and maintenance.
